Air Fryer Fish and Chips

Crispy fish and chips cooked to perfection in your air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 🐟Fish fillets(2)
  • 🥔Potatoes(2)
  • 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Pepper(1/2 tsp)
  • 🌾Flour(1/2 cup)
  • 🥚Egg(1)
  • 🍞Breadcrumbs(1 cup)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat air fryer to 392°F (200°C).
  2. 2.Cut potatoes into chips, toss with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Place chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. 4.While chips are cooking, dip fish fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. 5.Place fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6.Serve immediately with your favorite tartar sauce or malt vinegar.
