Crispy Air Fryer Chicken and Zucchini
A super easy and delicious way to get your protein and veggies in, all thanks to the magic of the air fryer!
Ingredients
- 🍗Boneless, skinless chicken breast(1 lb)
- 🥒Zucchini(2 medium)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Slice the zucchini into 1/2-inch thick rounds or half-moons.
- 2.In a large bowl, combine the chicken and zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 4.Place the chicken and zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 5.Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender-crisp.
