Air Fryer Hot Cheetos Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
- 🧀Mozzarella string cheese sticks(12)
- 🌶️Hot Cheetos(2 cups, crushed)
- 🍚All-purpose flour(1/2 cup)
- 🥚Eggs(2, beaten)

Instructions
- 1.Unwrap the mozzarella string cheese sticks.
- 2.Place the crushed Hot Cheetos in a shallow dish.
- 3.Place the flour in another shallow dish.
- 4.Place the beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
- 5.Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and finally roll in the crushed Hot Cheetos, pressing to coat thoroughly.
- 6.Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a plate and freeze for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- 7.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 8.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- 9.Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
- 10.Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. Flip them halfway through cooking.
- 11.Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese works great to cool the spice!).
