Air Fryer Steak, Potatoes, and Mushrooms
A complete meal cooked in the air fryer, featuring tender steak, crispy potatoes, and savory mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 🥩Steak (e.g., sirloin, ribeye)(1 lb)
- 🥔Potatoes (e.g., Yukon Gold, red potatoes), cut into 1-inch cubes(1 lb)
- 🍄Cremini mushrooms, halved(8 oz)
- 🫒Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
- 🌿Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)(2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 2.In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3.In a separate bowl, toss the halved mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 6.Add the steak to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for another 8-12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, flipping the steak halfway through. (Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness and steak thickness).
- 7.During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket.
- 8.Once cooked, remove the steak, potatoes, and mushrooms from the air fryer. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 9.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your perfectly air-fried meal!
