Air Fryer Korean Chicken

Crispy and flavorful Korean chicken, cooked to perfection in your air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 🍗Chicken pieces(1 lb)
  • 🍶Soy sauce(1/4 cup)
  • 🌶️Gochujang(2 tbsp)
  • 🍯Honey(2 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic(2 cloves, minced)
  • 生姜Ginger(1 tsp, minced)
  • 芝麻油Sesame oil(1 tsp)
  • 🌿Green onions(2 stalks, chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Preheat your air fryer to 392°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. 5. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken pieces and air fry for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
