Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 2.Mix well with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 3.Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 5.Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- 6.Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 7.Serve with your favorite pasta sauce or marinara.
