Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 🍗Chicken wings(2 lbs)
- 🧂Baking powder (aluminum-free)(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(0.5 tsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Smoked paprika(1 tsp)

Instructions
- 1.Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels. This is the secret to crispiness!
- 2.In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- 4.Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to cook in batches.
- 5.Lightly spray the wings with olive oil spray.
- 6.Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. For extra crispiness, you can increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 5 minutes.
