Air Fryer Salmon with Roasted Potatoes and Mushrooms
A quick and easy recipe for delicious air fryer salmon with crispy roasted potatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 🍣Salmon fillet(1)
- 🥔Potato(2)
- 🍄Mushroom(1 cup)
- 🫗Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- ⚫Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss them with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3.Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- 4.Add the mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the potatoes for the last 5-7 minutes of cooking.
- 5.Meanwhile, season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and remaining olive oil.
- 6.Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 7.Serve immediately and enjoy!
