Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- 2.Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 4.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- 5.Place the protein bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
- 6.Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- 7.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
