Crispy Air-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(0.5 tsp)
- 🥚Egg(1 large)
- 🥛Milk(0.25 cup)

Instructions
- 1.In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 2.In another shallow dish, whisk the egg and milk together.
- 3.Dip each chicken piece first into the egg mixture, then dredge it thoroughly in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Gently shake off any excess.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil. Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- 6.Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C).
