Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potato
A classic baked potato, made extra crispy in the air fryer!

🌡️ 400°F (200°C)
Ingredients
- 🥔Russet potato(1 large)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
- 🧈Butter(1 tbsp)
- 🍦Sour cream(2 tbsp)
- 🌿Chives (optional)(1 tbsp, chopped)
Instructions
- 1.Wash the potato thoroughly and pat dry.
- 2.Prick the potato several times with a fork.
- 3.Rub the potato with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 4.Place the potato in the air fryer basket.
- 5.Air fry for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the potato is tender and the skin is crispy.
- 6.Carefully remove the potato from the air fryer.
- 7.Slice it open lengthwise, fluff the inside with a fork, and add butter, sour cream, and chives (if using).
