Air Fryer Shrimp Scampi
Quick and easy shrimp scampi made in the air fryer, perfect for a weeknight meal!
Ingredients
- 🍤Shrimp(1 lb)
- 🧈Butter(4 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic, minced(3 cloves)
- 🍋Lemon juice(1 tbsp)
- 🌿Fresh parsley, chopped(2 tbsp)
- 🌶️Red pepper flakes (optional)(1/2 tsp)
- 🧂Salt and black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- 2.Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the scampi sauce.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 4.Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 5.Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- 6.Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy your perfectly air-fried shrimp scampi!
