Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potato

A classic baked potato, made extra crispy in the air fryer!

🌡️ 400°F (200°C)

Ingredients

  • 🥔Russet potato(1 large)
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
  • 🧈Butter(1 tbsp)
  • 🍦Sour cream(2 tbsp)
  • 🌿Chives (optional)(1 tbsp, chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash the potato thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. 2.Prick the potato several times with a fork.
  3. 3.Rub the potato with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Place the potato in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5.Air fry for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the potato is tender and the skin is crispy.
  6. 6.Carefully remove the potato from the air fryer.
  7. 7.Slice it open lengthwise, fluff the inside with a fork, and add butter, sour cream, and chives (if using).
