⏲️ 30 minutes
🌡️ 375°F (190°C)
Ingredients
- 🥩Beef Roast(1-2 lbs)
- 🫒Olive Oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
- 🧄Garlic Powder(1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels.
- 2.Rub the olive oil all over the roast.
- 3.Season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place the seasoned beef roast in the air fryer basket.
- 6.Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the roast.
- 7.Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, or until your desired doneness is reached (use a meat thermometer for accuracy: 130-135°F for medium-rare, 135-140°F for medium).
- 8.Once cooked, remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This helps the juices redistribute for a more tender result.
