Get ready for some seriously tender, smoky, and saucy ribs, all made in the magical air fryer! Who needs a grill when you have this beauty?

⏲️ 60 minutes
🌡️ 350°F (175°C)

Ingredients

  • 🍖Pork Ribs (St. Louis style or baby back)(1.5 - 2 lbs)
  • 🌶️Your favorite BBQ rub(2-3 tbsp)
  • 🍯Your favorite BBQ sauce(1/2 cup)
  • 🍎Apple cider vinegar(2 tbsp)
  • 💧Water(1/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. This helps the rub stick and creates a better crust.
  2. 2.Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. If you're not sure how, ask your butcher or look up a quick video – it makes a huge difference in tenderness!
  3. 3.Generously rub the ribs all over with your favorite BBQ rub. Don't be shy!
  4. 4.Cut the rack of ribs into 2-3 rib portions so they fit comfortably in your air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. 5.In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar and water. This creates a little steam bath in your air fryer for extra tender ribs.
  6. 6.Place the rib portions in the air fryer basket. Pour the apple cider vinegar and water mixture over and around the ribs.
  7. 7.Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes. Flip the ribs halfway through cooking.
  8. 8.After 40 minutes, brush the ribs generously with your favorite BBQ sauce.
  9. 9.Continue to air fry for another 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. You might need to brush with more sauce during this time.
  10. 10.Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, making them even more delicious!
