Air Fryer Burger
A juicy burger, cooked to perfection in the air fryer. No more greasy stovetops or smoky kitchens!
Ingredients
- 🥩Ground beef patty(1/4 to 1/2 pound)
- 🍔Burger bun(1)
- 🧀Cheese slice (optional)(1)
- 🧂Salt
- 🌶️Black pepper
- 🥗Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
- 🥫Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.Season the ground beef patty generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3.Place the seasoned patty in the air fryer basket. If cooking multiple patties, ensure they are in a single layer and not overlapping.
- 4.Cook for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (135°F/57°C for medium-rare, 150°F/65°C for medium, 160°F/71°C for well-done).
- 5.If adding cheese, place a slice on the patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
- 6.While the burger is cooking, you can lightly toast your burger bun in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- 7.Carefully remove the burger from the air fryer and assemble your burger with your favorite toppings and condiments.
- 8.Serve immediately and enjoy your perfectly air-fried burger!
