Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

A super simple and healthy meal, all made in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 🍗Chicken breast(1 lb)
  • 🥦Broccoli florets(2 cups)
  • 🌶️Bell peppers (any color), chopped(2)
  • 🧅Red onion, chopped(1/2)
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
  • 🧂Black pepper(1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2.Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
  3. 3.In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion.
  4. 4.Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. 5.Place the chicken and veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. 6.Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
