Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies
A super simple and healthy meal, all made in the air fryer!
Ingredients
- 🍗Chicken breast(1 lb)
- 🥦Broccoli florets(2 cups)
- 🌶️Bell peppers (any color), chopped(2)
- 🧅Red onion, chopped(1/2)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🧂Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
- 3.In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion.
- 4.Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- 5.Place the chicken and veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 6.Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
