Air Fryer Meatballs

Delicious and juicy meatballs, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, all thanks to the magic of the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 🥩Ground beef(1 lb)
  • 🍞Breadcrumbs(1/2 cup)
  • 🥚Egg(1)
  • 🧀Parmesan cheese, grated(1/4 cup)
  • 🥛Milk(2 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined, but do not overmix.
  2. 2.Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4.Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. 5.Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
