Air Fryer Pork Loin with Ginger and Onion
A succulent pork loin with a zesty ginger and onion kick, all made effortlessly in your air fryer!
Ingredients
- 🍖Pork Loin(1.5 - 2 lbs)
- 🫚Fresh Ginger(2 tbsp, grated)
- 🧅Onion(1 medium, thinly sliced)
- 🍶Soy Sauce(2 tbsp)
- 🍯Honey(1 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic Powder(1 tsp)
- 🧂Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
- 🫒Olive Oil(1 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 2.Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the pork loin, then generously coat it with the ginger-soy mixture.
- 3.Place the sliced onions in the air fryer basket. Place the pork loin on top of the onions.
- 4.Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 5.Remove the pork loin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep the juices in!
- 6.Serve the sliced pork loin with the air-fried onions and any remaining pan juices. Enjoy your perfectly air-fried masterpiece!
