Air Fryer Pork Loin with Ginger and Onion

Ingredients

  • 🍖Pork Loin(1.5 - 2 lbs)
  • 🫚Fresh Ginger(2 tbsp, grated)
  • 🧅Onion(1 medium, thinly sliced)
  • 🍶Soy Sauce(2 tbsp)
  • 🍯Honey(1 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic Powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
  • 🫒Olive Oil(1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. 2.Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the pork loin, then generously coat it with the ginger-soy mixture.
  3. 3.Place the sliced onions in the air fryer basket. Place the pork loin on top of the onions.
  4. 4.Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5.Remove the pork loin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep the juices in!
