Air Fryer Quesadilla
Crispy, cheesy quesadillas made in a flash with your air fryer!

Ingredients
- Flour tortillas(2)
- 🧀Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)(1/2 cup)
- 🍗Cooked chicken, shredded (optional)(1/4 cup)
- 🌶️Diced bell peppers (optional)(2 tbsp)
- 🧅Diced onions (optional)(1 tbsp)
- 🥑Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for serving
Instructions
- 1.Lightly grease your air fryer basket or use parchment paper.
- 2.Lay one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- 3.Sprinkle half of the cheese over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
- 4.If using, add chicken, bell peppers, and onions over the cheese.
- 5.Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings.
- 6.Place the second tortilla on top.
- 7.Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip.
- 8.Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 9.Carefully remove the quesadilla from the air fryer, slice, and serve with your favorite toppings!
