Air Fryer Roasted Potato

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside!

Ingredients

  • 🥔Potato(1 large)
  • 🫗Olive Oil(1 tbsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
  • Pepper(1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2.Wash and dry the potato. Pierce it all over with a fork.
  3. 3.Cut the potato into 1-inch thick wedges.
  4. 4.Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5.Spread the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. 6.Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
