Air Fryer Roasted Potato
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside!

Ingredients
- 🥔Potato(1 large)
- 🫗Olive Oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- ⚫Pepper(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.Wash and dry the potato. Pierce it all over with a fork.
- 3.Cut the potato into 1-inch thick wedges.
- 4.Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 5.Spread the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 6.Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
