- 🥫canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained(15 ounces)
- 🫒olive oil(1 tablespoon)
- 🌶️smoked paprika(1 teaspoon)
- 🧄garlic powder(1/2 teaspoon)
- 🧂salt(1/2 teaspoon)
- 🧂black pepper(1/4 teaspoon)
Instructions
- 1.Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them very dry with a paper towel. This is crucial for crispiness!
- 2.In a medium bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 4.Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary.
- 5.Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
