Air Fryer Salmon

Quick and easy air-fried salmon with crispy skin and a flaky interior.

Ingredients

  • 🐟Salmon fillets(2 (6-ounce) fillets)
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tablespoon)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🍋Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2.Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. 3.Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4.Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side up if desired.
  5. 5.Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6.Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
