Ingredients
- 🐟Salmon fillets(2 (6 oz/170g each))
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
- 🍦Plain Greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
- 🍋Lemon juice(1 tbsp)
- 🌿Fresh dill (chopped)(1 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps achieve a crispier skin (if left on).
- 2.Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3.In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder for the glaze. Set aside.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable, in a single layer. Ensure they are not overlapping.
- 6.Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- 7.Carefully remove salmon from the air fryer.
- 8.Drizzle generously with the prepared yogurt glaze before serving. Garnish with extra fresh dill if desired.
