Air Fryer Sourdough Bread

Achieve a surprisingly crispy crust and a soft interior for your sourdough in the air fryer!

  • 🍞Sourdough bread(1 loaf)
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2.Lightly brush the entire loaf of sourdough bread with olive oil. This helps achieve a golden, crispy crust.
  3. 3.Carefully place the sourdough loaf into the air fryer basket. If your loaf is too large, you may need to cut it in half.
  4. 4.Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  5. 5.For an extra crispy crust, you can increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) for the last 2-3 minutes, but watch it closely to prevent burning.
  6. 6.Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the internal structure to set.
