Air Fryer Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- 🥕Carrots(1 lb)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
- 🌿Fresh parsley (optional)(for garnish)
Instructions
- 1.Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into 1/2 inch thick rounds or sticks.
- 2.In a medium bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- 4.Place the seasoned carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 5.Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
