Air Fryer Steak, Potatoes, and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 🥩Steak (e.g., sirloin, ribeye)(1 lb)
  • 🥔Potatoes (e.g., Yukon Gold, red potatoes)(1 lb)
  • 🍄Cremini or button mushrooms(8 oz)
  • 🫒Olive oil(2 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
  • 🌿Fresh parsley (for garnish)(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2.Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3.Clean the mushrooms and halve them (or quarter if large). In a separate bowl, toss the mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. 6.After 10 minutes, add the steak to the air fryer basket alongside the potatoes. Cook for another 8-12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, flipping the steak halfway through. (Adjust cooking time based on steak thickness and desired doneness).
  7. 7.During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak and potatoes. Shake the basket gently to combine.
  8. 8.Once cooked, remove the steak, potatoes, and mushrooms from the air fryer. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
