Air Fryer Steak, Potatoes, and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 🥩Steak (e.g., sirloin, ribeye)(1 lb)
- 🥔Potatoes (e.g., Yukon Gold, red potatoes)(1 lb)
- 🍄Cremini or button mushrooms(8 oz)
- 🫒Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
- 🌿Fresh parsley (for garnish)(optional)
Instructions
- 1.Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- 2.Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3.Clean the mushrooms and halve them (or quarter if large). In a separate bowl, toss the mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 6.After 10 minutes, add the steak to the air fryer basket alongside the potatoes. Cook for another 8-12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, flipping the steak halfway through. (Adjust cooking time based on steak thickness and desired doneness).
- 7.During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak and potatoes. Shake the basket gently to combine.
- 8.Once cooked, remove the steak, potatoes, and mushrooms from the air fryer. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
