Instructions
- 1.Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them very dry with a paper towel. This is crucial for crispiness!
- 2.In a medium bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
