Crispy Air Fryer Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 🥫canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained(15 ounces)
  • 🫒olive oil(1 tablespoon)
  • 🌶️smoked paprika(1 teaspoon)
  • 🧄garlic powder(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧂salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧂black pepper(1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. 1.Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them very dry with a paper towel. This is crucial for crispiness!
  2. 2.In a medium bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4.Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd, cook in batches if necessary.
