Ingredients
- 🍗Chicken drumsticks(6-8)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🌶️Smoked paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🧂Black pepper(1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels. This is key for crispy skin!
- 2.In a medium bowl, toss the drumsticks with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 4.Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- 5.Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- 6.For extra crispy skin, you can increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- 7.Let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your perfectly air-fried drumsticks!
