Crispy Air Fryer French Fries & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 🥔Russet potatoes(2 large)
- 🍠Sweet potatoes(2 large)
- 🫒Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Wash and peel the russet and sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- 2.In separate bowls, toss the russet fries with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 3.In another bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 5.Place the russet fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- 6.Remove the russet fries and set aside. Repeat the process with the sweet potato fries, cooking for 12-18 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes, until caramelized and tender.
