Gym-Ready Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients

  • 🍗Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(2 (about 1 lb))
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
  • 🧂Black pepper(1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps them get extra crispy!
  2. 2.In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3.Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they're fully coated.

  5. 5.Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd it!
