Gym-Ready Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients
- 🍗Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(2 (about 1 lb))
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1 tsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
- 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🧂Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps them get extra crispy!
- 2.In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 3.Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they're fully coated.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd it!
- 6.Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and juicy.
- 7.Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving. This keeps all those delicious juices locked in!
