Air Fryer Sourdough Bread
Achieve a surprisingly crispy crust and a soft interior for your sourdough in the air fryer!
Ingredients
- 🍞Sourdough bread(1 loaf)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.Lightly brush the entire loaf of sourdough bread with olive oil. This helps achieve a golden, crispy crust.
- 3.Carefully place the sourdough loaf into the air fryer basket. If your loaf is too large, you may need to cut it in half.
- 4.Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- 5.For an extra crispy crust, you can increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) for the last 2-3 minutes, but watch it closely to prevent burning.
- 6.Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the internal structure to set.
