Air-Fried German Feast: Roulade, Red Cabbage, and Potatoes
This is an adapted air fryer method for a traditional German meal, typically prepared using stovetop and oven methods. The air fryer provides a convenient way to achieve delicious results with less oil and a crispy finish for the potatoes.
Ingredients
- 🥩Beef Roulade(2 pieces)
- 🥬Pre-cooked Red Cabbage(1 cup)
- 🥔Potatoes(2 medium, peeled and quartered)
- 🫒Olive Oil(1 tablespoon)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black Pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.In a bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 3.Place the beef roulades and seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are in a single layer for even cooking. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 4.Air fry for 15 minutes, then flip the roulades and potatoes.
- 5.Add the pre-cooked red cabbage to the air fryer basket, distributing it around the roulades and potatoes.
- 6.Continue to air fry for another 10-15 minutes, or until the roulades are heated through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown. The red cabbage should be warmed through.
- 7.Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy your air-fried German feast!
