Air-Fried German Feast: Roulade, Red Cabbage, and Potatoes

This is an adapted air fryer method for a traditional German meal, typically prepared using stovetop and oven methods. The air fryer provides a convenient way to achieve delicious results with less oil and a crispy finish for the potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 🥩Beef Roulade(2 pieces)
  • 🥬Pre-cooked Red Cabbage(1 cup)
  • 🥔Potatoes(2 medium, peeled and quartered)
  • 🫒Olive Oil(1 tablespoon)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Black Pepper(to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2.In a bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. 3.Place the beef roulades and seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are in a single layer for even cooking. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. 4.Air fry for 15 minutes, then flip the roulades and potatoes.
  5. 5.Add the pre-cooked red cabbage to the air fryer basket, distributing it around the roulades and potatoes.
