Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 🥔Potatoes(1.5 lbs)
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Paprika(1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Wash and peel the potatoes (or leave skin on for extra crispiness!).
- 2.Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- 3.In a medium bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 4.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5.Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- 6.Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
