⏲️ 12 minutes
🌡️ 375°F (190°C)

Ingredients

  • 🐟Salmon fillets(2 (6oz/170g each))
  • 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
  • 🍦Plain Greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
  • 🍋Lemon juice(1 tbsp)
  • 🌿Fresh dill, chopped(1 tbsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps achieve that perfect crispy skin!
  2. 2.Rub salmon with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. A little preheating goes a long way for even cooking.
  4. 4.Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side up if they have skin. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. 5.Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. 6.While the salmon is air frying, prepare the yogurt glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder.
  7. 7.Once salmon is cooked, carefully remove from the air fryer.
  8. 8.Drizzle the tangy yogurt glaze over the warm salmon fillets. Serve immediately and prepare for applause!
