Air Fryer Salmon with Tangy Yogurt Glaze

Ingredients
- 🐟Salmon fillets(2 (6oz/170g each))
- 🫒Olive oil(1 tbsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
- 🍦Plain Greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
- 🍋Lemon juice(1 tbsp)
- 🌿Fresh dill, chopped(1 tbsp)
- 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- 1.Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps achieve that perfect crispy skin!
- 2.Rub salmon with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. A little preheating goes a long way for even cooking.
- 4.Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side up if they have skin. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- 5.Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- 6.While the salmon is air frying, prepare the yogurt glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder.
- 7.Once salmon is cooked, carefully remove from the air fryer.
