Air Fryer Shrimp Cakes
Crispy and delicious shrimp cakes, air-fried to perfection!

Ingredients
- 🍤Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined(1 lb)
- 🍞Panko breadcrumbs(1/2 cup)
- 🥚Mayonnaise(1/4 cup)
- 🥚Egg(1 large)
- 🥣Dijon mustard(1 tbsp)
- 🍾Worcestershire sauce(1 tsp)
- 🍋Lemon juice(1 tbsp)
- 🌿Fresh parsley, chopped(2 tbsp)
- 🌶️Old Bay seasoning(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(1/2 tsp)
- 🌶️Black pepper(1/4 tsp)
- 🍾Olive oil spray
Instructions
- 1.Roughly chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- 2.In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, fresh parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 3.Mix until well combined.
- 4.Form the mixture into 6-8 patties.
- 5.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 6.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- 7.Place the shrimp cakes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
- 8.Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 9.Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
